Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the Dec 19 minutes.
  Lance Wang seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Bob Ross to post bugs 195 and 196.
  - Done and ready for classification.

- Mike LaBonte to send IBISCHK700 draft 2 parser contract.
  - Done.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob: Arpad commented that we should make sure we check for all [End *] keywords.
  - Also I found a new way to crash IBISCHK6.

IBISCHK7 parser development contract:
- Mike: We previously discussed whether the BIRD147.6 description is too long.
- Bob: Rather than spell everything out it can refer to tables in the spec.
- Mike: The BCI_Message Interval_UI check "Warn if the value is greater than Ignore_Bits." is not mentioned in the BIRD.
  - It is not certain whether that should be checked against Ignore_Bits or BCI_Training_UI.
  - Maybe the ATM group should be consulted on this.
- Bob: This is the kind of additional check that needs to be spelled out ion this document.

AR: Mike LaBonte to put some checks into tables in  parser development document.
